Will it arrive in time for the occasion?
Because we make and ship from within New Zealand, there's no slow overseas wait or customs. If you have a deadline, message us first and we'll confirm what's possible.

No. You see the 3D model and the exact NZD price first, and only pay once you've approved it.
What makes a good photo for a gift?
One clear shot where the subject fills the frame, in decent light - a normal phone photo is exactly right. For artwork, photograph the drawing straight-on. You'll see the 3D model built from your photo before you commit, so a photo that doesn't work costs you nothing at the print stage.
Can I give it as a surprise?
Yes - the recipient sees nothing until they unwrap it. You approve the model yourself, it ships to your address, and it arrives boxed. For couples pieces, plenty of buyers use a photo from their own camera roll so the other half has no idea it's coming.
Is my photo kept private?
Your photo is used for exactly two things: an automated safety check and creating your 3D model - we don't train any AI on it, and we don't let our providers train on it either. We never sell your photos or share them publicly without your permission. Full details are in our privacy policy.
