What if I'm not sure which photo to use?
There's no rush. You'll see the 3D model before anything is printed, and you can try another photo or talk to us first - we're happy to help you choose.
What is the keepsake made from?
It's 3D printed in a solid, lasting material so it stays with you. Durable premium materials are available if you'd like something especially hard-wearing.
How much does a pet memorial keepsake cost?
From $11 NZD for a small piece, $23–41 for the popular size, and $41–66 for a larger memorial. Shipping is added at checkout and depends on where it's going. You see your exact price before you pay, and nothing is charged until you approve.
Do I have to pay before I see it?
No. You'll see the 3D model first and only go ahead when it feels right - there's no payment until you approve.
Is my photo kept private?
Your photo is used for exactly two things: an automated safety check and creating your 3D model - we don't train any AI on it, and we don't let our providers train on it either. We never sell your photos or share them publicly without your permission. Full details are in our privacy policy.
